Hamisho Steel Company, Lattakia, Syria. (November 2021 - Present)
• Engineer supervising the operation of electromagnetic induction furnaces with a 3 and 10 tons capacity for melting metals (steel). • Engineer supervising the induction of the furnaces for the smelting process (preparing the lining with appropriate temperatures). • Engineer supervisor preparing the basic components of the molten metal according to the request and the type of steel. • Engineer supervising producing raw materials (pallets) through CCM (Continuous Casting Machine). • Engineer supervising the operation and maintenance of the smelting department's pumps, bridge cranes, and heat exchangers.
Mechanical Design Engineer

A Research Thesis on The Design of a Special Gearbox for an Iron Rolling Machine at Hamisho Steel Company.
• Study of the iron rolling production line in the factory. • Designing a special gearbox for the fifth roller in the first stand of the iron rod production line. • Discussing the mechanical problems that occur to the mechanical elements inside the gearbox. • Proposing a set of solutions that reduce the occurrence of vibrations in mechanical elements such as bearings.
